I am trying to create teams based on tech stacks in our organization and am running into some problems while adding certain users to the "Team". I get the below error only for certain users.This does not happen for the majority of the users and only to a couple of them. We user Azure AD workgroups for permissions and all of them have the same permission group. Any help would be appreciated.

Cannot add certain users to a team

This does not happen for the majority of the users and only to a couple of them. We user Azure AD workgroups for permissions and all of them have the same permission group. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

The first thing I'd recommend checking is that these users who you received the error for have access to Jira. Can you confirm that these users have Jira product access?
