Hello, I have an question with approval features on Jira Service Management Trial,
I have not button "Add approval" in step Approve. How can I add someone to this for approver ?
Hi Nam - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
This workflow says that it was auto-generated during workflow import. It might have to do with that. Also, is this workflow active (meaning attached to a current project)? Because you can only add Approvals to Active workflows.
This workflow, I just create to test approval feature and not have project work on workflow. But I cannot add anyone for approvers like document jira, can you help me ?

You don't put approvers in the workflow - you add approvals. In the Approval setup, you identify the field that will be used. Usually the Approvers field. But you add the Approvers manually or through automation. So, let's start with the first step - you created a workflow, but when you click on the status, there is no way to configuration the approval. Correct? If so, then the workflow is probably not active. You need to attach it to a project - maybe just a test project. Then you should be able to configure the approvals.

I just build jira service management to test feature approval, all project is test. I build step by step from document but still cannot add approver to my workflow, I dont know license trial is limit, right?
