Cannot access boards and tickets

Since this morning I cannot access our boards and tickets, getting one of these 2 problems:

The weird thing is that I still have normal access to our wiki and everything else just as usual, it's only the boards and the tickets that I lost access to.

Checking the details of your profile on the site, I was able to see that you are part of Confluence users and Jira users, but not Jira Software users.

If you are not able to access Jira Software projects anymore, you need to check with your site administrator to add the group to your profile.

Are you able to access other pages like Dashboards, Your work?

Have you tried to access using another browser?
