Cannot access Jira, It just keeps loading

I am not able to get into Jira it just keeps loading, this is what i am seeing when I Inspect the page:

I am trying to access using Firefox, Chrome and Edge, same thing with all of them the board never loads

Reviewing those error codes, 4xx based errors are generally user based errors. This could be for any number of reasons, browser, internet connection, cookies.

I would recommend restarting your computer, and trying again. But as they are user based errors I would recommend after that working with your companies IT department. 

On general community forums it is very difficult to troubleshoot individual user computer issues, and IT departments are generally better equipped for this.
