Cancelling account

Hello, 

I have created a subscription and i would like to delete my account since i am not using it.

Somehow i am getting error as attached image. Could you please help to delete, i will not use premium version.

Hi @[deleted] welcome to the community.  I found this article that appear to be a similar issue for someone else.  It appears that your account is still linked to a few things that needs to be addressed first.

Hello @[deleted] and welcome to the Community,

have you created any sites with this account? Then you would be the admin of those sites and also the billing admin, until the sites are deleted.

You can go to admin.atlassian.com and check whether you can access any sites as admin.
