Can you set up a query where when you create a story ticket it creates an epic to go with it?

We have a technical feature tickets that will have the same information as an epic. So we need to create both, but to simplify the process, I want to set up a query to be able to create a feature ticket that will automatically create an epic to go with it. Or vice versa, create an epic that automatically creates a feature ticket that is linked to it. Would that be possible? Let me know!

You can definitely configure some automation in your Jira. But we need to know what version of Jira you use. Are you on DC/Server or Cloud? Do you have any Apps installed? Can you get me more information?
