Can you see a software project on Cloud with out any licenses?

Using Cloud version of Jira Software currently and we are not using any of the software features. We are planning on switching to Jira Core licenses and will no longer have Jira Software licenses.  We have 1 project that is a Software project.  Will we still have access to this project when we switch or do we need to move it a business project?

I believe the answer is yes, but there will be some aspects of the software project you won't be able to see or use anymore.
