Hi everyone,
I am looking to rename the "requests" button in the customer portal as shown in the attached image. Is this possible?
Our use standard is to use the term "tickets" rather than requests.
Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I don't see any image attached, but I think I know what you are referring to. Unfortunately, that link cannot be renamed.

Not natively, that button cannot be modified.
You could try using an App though which might allow this type of customisation of the help portal? Such as...
