Can you please let me know the steps to install new ssl certificate(.cer format) for Jira and Confl?

I have created .csr file using openssl command and sent them to CA and then got .cer from CA. Now i need to install this certificate (.cer) for Jira and Confluence to make them running in https. So please provide the steps to complete this activity.
