Can you pass paramters to Create Issue

I want to default the Project based on what type of issue needs to be requested.  Is there a way to pass in a parameter to  CreateIssue!default.jspa to accomplish this?

You can, but you do have it the wrong way around.  Your choice of project determines what issue types are available.  That does not matter to much though, because if you are passing parameters, then you need to be passing both anyway
