I am planning to integrate Service Now with Jira and added some custom fields on the project board. These fields are used to display service now information and I don't want to be editable. How do you make custom fields readable on Jira Board?

This should be possible by creating a separate screen associated with Edit issue operation.
On this screen, remove all of these fields.
