Background: I have a program with 10 projects. At the program level, I am creating a Project area, and creating 10 Epics within that project area. If 1 of the 10 projects is very large, do you create a new Project area? OR do you leave it as an Epic in the program level. So the question becomes, if you create a separate project area for the very large project, can you link the large project to the program level project?
