Can you integrate on-prem JIRA Data Centre and Realtime Board

Hi, we are currently using Realtime Board where planning and realtime collaboration happens however the work that has been sketched and agreed upon for execution needs to be managed and tracked on JIRA which is our primary workflow tool.

I have looked at the Miroblog plugin however this seems limited to JIRA Cloud. Is there a plugin one can use or a way we can make this work for us?

We have not planned moving from on-premise to SaaS or any Cloud platform due to the size of our organization of over 40 000 staff with around 6000 JIRA active users.
