Can you include Proforma information in emails created through automation?

Can you include Proforma information in emails created through automation?

Hello,

I have several forms I've created using Proforma but not all of the fields on these forms are linked to Jira fields (system or custom). I am trying to find a way to include these Proforma fields in an automated email. Everything I've been able to find about this is for the Cloud version and is not supported. Has anyone successfully done this for data center and if so, please share how you did it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

The number ie 10 and 23 are the question number in the proforma forms you want to display.

Output:
