Hello, I work in company that develops products in the field of cyber defense. We use Jira to manage the project at all stages of development and testing. We started using X-Ray to maintain test documentation and test cases. While getting to know your software, we encountered problems related to the integration of a project located in Jira. I watched training videos and when creating a project there should be a hint about project integration, but in my case there is none. Can you help me figure out how to link projects?

Hello! We would like to use the default X-ray issue types suggested by X-ray from the pop-up hint (screenshot 1). However, the pop-up hint does not appear (screenshot 2), most likely because we already have existing issue types in our project. Can we create the default X-ray issue types automatically without using the pop-up hint, or will we have to create the X-ray issue types manually?
Hello @Aleksandr and welcome to the Community,
is your Company using the X-Ray Jira Plugin? I am not sure what you mean with "project integration"?
Xray functionalities in Jira are "activated", once you you add the respective Issue types to the Project's issue type scheme. Have a look at this article: Project Organization - Xray Cloud Documentation - Xray (getxray.app)
If that's not what you're looking for, maybe share whatever Ressource you used to find the "project integration" reference?
