Can you export a project from a server to another?

Hi, i m new to Jira Software and i m trying to export an all project (with everything that is possible to export) from a server (ex: example.atlassian.net) to another (anotherexample.atlassian.net).
Is it possible?

I saw that u can export a project from:

Settings > Service > Import and Export

But i wasnt able to understand how to do it.
