Looking to populate ticket history of previously submitted tickets from a user to display within a newly submitted ticket so we can track reoccurring issues based on past tickets (open or closed) and/or identify a trend based on support tickets the user has submitted without going outside of the ticket.
Hi Eduardo - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I am not following your request. Can you give an exact example?
I have an exact example here highlighted in yellow.
A user submitted a ticket, and within the ticket we can see any previous submitted tickets from the same user. I was wondering wether this is possible to do in Jira Cloud?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
You might could do that with an Automation rule using #lookupIssues. It would be based on where the Reporter = the user.
