Can you change the type of issue relation when linked?

Is there a way to change the type of linkage on a linked issue without deleting and recreating?
ie, I would like to change the relation of this issue from "relates to" to "blocks"

You'll have to delete the existing link (a little X beside it should be there), then you just re-link it as the type you want. I don't know of a way to do that without first also breaking the link, since that link type could be used for all sorts of other things.
You can also link to it again using the correct type, if you want to keep both.
