Can we use trial license on top of expired paid license for confluence?

Hi,

Is it possible to use trial license key on the top of paid but expired license on confluence?

While we are renewing the license, we would like to use a trial version in the interim.

We were able to install the trial version of the plugin,(which is valid for one month), but it is not working. We are still getting same error messages as below:

1: This page contains macros or features from a plugin which requires a valid license.

2: Plugin Licensing Warning:

You will need to:
1.Visit the Universal Plugin Manager and acquire the necessary licenses.

 Can any one help me on this?

Hmm.. Server licenses are perpetual so no need to change the license to trial when they expire. You just lose your active maintenance but instance is fully operative. What I see from here is that you are having a problem with specific plugin that might be no longer compatible or someone updated it and it become paid (and you need to buy a license in order to use it)
