Can we use rich filters gadget to count issues links?

We would like to count the number of Test Cases linked(Is blocked by) to a bug

Could we do that with a rich filters gadget?

Or is the only solution adding a scripted field?

I used a scripted field as rich filters gadgets did not offer anything similar.
