Hello @Pavani Maligi, this is David from DEISER Team. There are several ways to show Profields' fields in Jira:
Keep in mind that Project Fields are different from regular issue fields, but in case you want to map a Project Field into a Jira Custom Field and use it as any other custom fields in Issues, Filters, Workflows and Reports you can do it, here is explained how to: https://confluence.deiser.com/display/PROFIELDS50/Jira+Custom+fields
I hope this helps, if you have any other doubt please let me know.
Cheers,
David
Hi @Pavani Maligi ,
Another way and integration (other than eazyBI) to build reports using Profields managed custom fields is with Excel. The Profields managed custom fields can be exported to Excel using the new integration between Better Excel Exporter and Profields. If you collect the right issues in Issue Navigator by - for example - filtering for a dedicated issue type (like "Project details") and you can export to Excel like this:
then use these to build Excel reports with charts:
(Please note that just like Profields, Better Excel Exporter is a paid Jira app and I'm part of the team developing it.)

Hi Pavani,
When you go to the project reports and try to add the custom field using the advanced search, does it show?
Are you facing some error when trying to add a custom field created by the add-on?
I've checked the information on the Profields' page on our marketplace, and it shows that it's possible to create reports using the integration with eazyBI, but it does not mention the creation of reports directly on Jira's reports.

Angélica
