Hi Team,

I have a Project ANI and Project SSD, if I want to add a automation rule to create a issuetype from SSD in ANI at a particular issuetype is it feasible?

In simple words can we cross apply conditions in 2 different projects?

If yes, please share the detail procedure to apply different conditions within 2 different projects at the earliest.

Regards,

Haarik

Hi @haarika_cont

First of all, this will only work with premium and enterprise version as you need global and multi project automation rules.

Could you explain a bit more on what you are trying to do exactly? When, what, ...

Hi @haarika_cont ,

if you want to create issue in project ANI with an issuetype from project SSD and this issue type is not allowed (which means it is not part of the issue type scheme), you won't be able to do it. You have to first add this issue type to the project's ANI issue type scheme
