Can we store attachments in a local storage server

Hello all,

Does anyone know is it is possible to have all the attachments saved in a local server?

My customer has a Cloud solution but doesn't want the files stored in the cloud.

What is the best solution?

No.  The point of software as a service is that you don't have access to the underlying servers, it's managed for you.
