Can we skip the 'Use Atlassian account to log in" screen when SSO is configured?

We have SSO enabled so our Jira Service Mangement portal so users can login with their Azure identities.

Our users understand they have a single "organizational" (domain) account that they can use to log into a variety of platforms. They do NOT, however, understand that they have an "Alassian account". Therefore, the "secondary" login screen that is presented to users, following our portal's login screen, causes confusion and concern for some users. It's all the references to their "Atlassian account" that triggers their confusion and concern.

Here's my question:  If we have SSO configured, why are users not simply dropped into our IDP's sign-in process? Why are they presented with a secondary login screen that prompts them to "Use Atlassian account to log in"??

Thanks

This makes sense and Atlassian is already gathering feedback on https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ACCESS-1609 to address this I believe so watch that item.
