Can we set a swimlane on Kanban board according to the Job Title of user?

Hello,

I need to group tasks from Analytics on the board

How can I set a swimlane using the Job Title field? Is it possible?

If you are using a Classic project, then you can use JQL for swimlanes ("Job Title = xyz").

Next-gen project boards have a fixed set of Group-by options, no JQL options (yet)

It's a very good idea and it's a Classic project - but it doesn't work(

Job Title field is in account settings, maybe we just can't use it...
