I wanted to set the view default in JWM project list view to all the users in the project
Can we be able to achieve it ?
if I understand you correctly, you want a certain configuration to the list view to be the default configuration for all users.
This has been requested a couple of times, but isn't currently possible. See (and perhaps upvote) this feature request: JWMCLOUD-98.
Hope this helps,
Hannes
... and just to add to the above: If you're looking for an immediate resolution and are open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, you may want to have a look at the app that my team and I are working on, JXL for Jira.
JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a number of advanced features - including support for (configurable) issue hierarchies, issue grouping by any issue field(s), sum-ups, or conditional formatting - and works across any number of projects.
Plus, any changes that you make to the columns/fields of your view are, by default, shared with all your team members!
This is how it looks in action:

Hello @Santhosh Raj
Correct me if I'm wrong, you want all JWM projects to be shown to the users - so they can only see these projects? Users will only see the projects that they have been added to through the project roles. Of course, each of these roles need to have the Browse projects permissions, otherwise, users won't be able to see them. Is this something you are looking for, or something else.
Let me know.

I was asking about the list view.
We wanted to change and remove some fields in JWM project list view and needed only certain fields we choose.
So is there any way for achieving this @Nikola Perisic
I tried but it shows hide option, but for an individual view. Not found any ideas regarding this ?

Understood, yes, you can hide your field when you click on the down arrow which you will see when you hover over the column:
The down arrow will turn blue once you click on it and this dropdown will be shown to you. Let me know if you were able to find it.
