Can we restrict user to log the work on issue when the issue is in active sprint?

Hello everyone.

I want to restrict users to log work on issue when this issue is only in active sprint I mean when sprint start then only users can log there works otherwise not. Is there is anyway to achieve this?

Can you clarify? Do you mean that if the issue is not in an active sprint, the users should be locked out of making any changes to it at all?
