Can we restrict in editing one custom field to particular group in Jira

Can we restrict in editing one custom field to particular group in Jira. In one of the projects we want to restrict editing "story points" custom field to a particular. Can we do that ?

Hello,

If you want to do it out of the box, then you have to remove the story point field from the Edit screen and make a transition, which would have a screen with the Story Point field. Then you can add the User is in Group condition to this transition.
