Can we please get the Closed Date configured in JIRA.

We would also need Issue Status “On-Hold“ or “Pending Customer” if not already there.

This Can be configure in Jira.

If you are Jira admin then create date custom field for Closed Date and edit the workflow and add the “On-Hold“ or “Pending Customer” status.

If you are not admin then ask jira admin to do this.

To get changes made in your Jira instance you will need to contact the Jira Administrators of your instance.
