Can we manage dashboard according to user logged in

Can i display several gadgets according to the user logged in to JIRA, I want to display some gadgets for certain group according to user logged in.

A user can select their own gadgets on their own dashboard, or choose to look at other people's dashboards.

If they don't do either of those, then no, they use the system dashboard, and there are no (built in) gadgets that look at a users' group and change their display.

Aha then the adminstrator couldn't display certain gadgets for certain group according to thier working projects.
