We have Stash from our parent (corporate) company (either Server or Data Center instance).

We are still using Jira and Bitbucket server from our existing company.

As we migrate companies, some Jira projects need to access different code repositories.

Is it possible to link to multiple repositories from a Jira Server? If so, how? Are there any security or performance impacts?

Hello Barbara and welcome to the Community!

Yes, you most certainly may have multiple Bitbucket instances connected to a single Jira instance. You will be required to select a primary application link for the Bitbucket instances. More about this may be found at Making a primary link for links to the same application type. Along with creating the application links themselves at  Linking Bitbucket Server with Jira.

I hope this proves helpful and you connect your Bitbucket instances without issue to Jira.
