Can we integrate JIRA Cloud with ALM Octane on-prem version?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
As part of JIRA and ALM Octane integration, we have followed the below steps:
1. Installed the ALM-Octane Test Management for Jira Cloud PLUGIN from Market place.
2. To Configure Shared space, it is prompting to provide location details of ALM Octane Saas version, however we are using ALM Octane On-prem pro version 16.0.100.102
Can you please help?
