Can we have a statistic type in jira as Time Lag? which shall produce result similar to the graph

Can you please update on the aboverequirement?

is there any option to have a new Statistic Type in JIRA as ‘Time Lag’. Which shall produce result similar to the graph I have prepared in excel below

How Can we add Time Spent in Status under Statistic Type?

I would use ScriptRunner to write a post-function that would populate a select list with your criteria (resolution time in text rather than numbers), based on the calculation made at the time the issue moves to resolved/closed/etc.

Then, you can use that in a pie chart gadget to count the issues in each band.

I'm not sure what else I can tell you.  I don't have time to write it for you, and I don't have an example of post-functions to populate data any better than the ones in the ScriptRunner documentation.
