Can we get the older data or ticket logs when we resubscribe JIRA?

If we discontinue the JIRA subscription and resubscribe it, can we get the older data like ticket details of the project?

I am not sure what you mean by discontinue and resubscribe or what your motivation behind that may be, but you can always create a backup of your data and restore it into a new site. See this support article for a bit more background.

On a very wild guess: if you might want to change the url of your site, that can be done without having to stop your subscription and start over. Here you can find support documentation on how that can be done.
