Can we get the alternate options to install the JIRA software hosted in our Company servers

You have three options for installation really.

  1. Sign up for Atlassian Cloud
  2. Install your own Server version
  3. Get a third party to host the Server version for you

You say "hosted in our company servers", which rules out Cloud, and probably the 3rd party option too, so you probably want server version.  Get started at https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/download and https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Installing+JIRA
