Can we find out who made changes to statuses?

I've been checking the audit log in Jira, but there doesn't seem to be anywhere that tracks who made changes to statuses, is there somewhere else I can find out?

To be clear, I'm asking about the global list of Status values that are available company wide to be used in workflows.

What sort of changes are you trying to track?

Are you talking about changes to the global list of Status values that are then available for use in workflows for Company Managed projects?

Are you talking about changes to workflows?

Are you talking about changes to the status of individual issues?

Deletion of existing Statuses?

Change of the name of a Status?

Change of the Category assigned to a Status?

It appears that there is currently no tracking of changes made to Status configuration information.
