Can we execute a function (or JQL query) inside a free text field like description, etc?

I'm using JIRA dashboard for my reporting purposes and I have a specific JIRA issue that I use to write a blob in the description field summarizing the status with some custom tables and numbers. I show this issue at the top of my report dashboard. Currently, the table is populated completely manually. Was wondering if there is a possibility of automating parts of it by executing functions or JQL queries inside the description field so that it automatically updates the numbers that I want to show.

Do I understand correctly, that you want to put a formula inside a description field? If so, then it is no possible out of the box.
