Can we enter the value of field against dates and all the values are supposed to display in a grid

Hi Team,

In Jira, can we enter the value of jira field against dates and all the old and new values are supposed to display in a grid view ? Can we use any grid custom field for this requirement?

 Please assist me.

I am not clear on what you are looking for here.

Yes, you can put a date in a Jira field.  If you edit a value, the history of the issue will show that. 

I do not understand what you are looking for when you say "old and new values are supposed to display in a grid view" - what grid?  What view?  What has a grid got to do with a date value?
