Hello @Saksham Dubey

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

JCMA will attempt to migrate workflows that are associated to projects. You can find more information about what will and won't be migrated here:

https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/what-gets-migrated-with-the-jira-cloud-migration-assistant/

Whether or not customizations you have made to the workflows can migrate depends on the customizations.

Are they all leveraging native functionality, or do they leverage features from plugins?

As noted in the above document Properties and Triggers do not migrate.

If your workflows leverage functionality from plugins you will need to research

- if the plugin has a cloud version

- if the vendor supports either manual or automated migration of their functionality

- if there is feature parity between the functionality of the plugin on self-hosted vs. Cloud Jira.

Due to the architectural differences between the self-hosted and Cloud products, in some cases the functionality offered by a third party plugin in the self-hosted environment cannot be replicated in the Cloud environment.

If you have concerns about the migration process you may want to consider engaging an Atlassian Solution Partner to assist you. The Partner Directory can help you find one that operates in your area and provide services related to Cloud migration.
