Can we customize or revert back to old UI colors?

We've recently upgraded JIRA and see many UI changes including fonts, font sizing, and colors. Users are complaining of poor readability and eye strain. This is creating a lot of accessibility challenges for our team. Is there a way to revert back to the old fonts and colors?
