Can we change the issue workflow for specific project?

We would like to change our issue workflow only for our project. Found this link in the support, not sure will it change entier cloud projects.

welcome to the Atlassian community!

You can change your workflow for a specific project at your convenience.

You should :

1. Create/Copy an existing workflow and change it at your convenience
2. Create a Workflow scheme mapping your issue type with workflow
3. Associate workflow Scheme to your project in the project admin section

You need to be a JIRA Administrator to do that.
