Can we add Test Cases Under Task

I have the Hierarchy
Initiative >> Epic >> User Story >> Task
already Set Up.
I need to know if I can Link Test cases to Task so that My Hierarchy becomes

Initiative >> Epic >> User Story >> Task >> TESTS

Once this is in place While I do the execution. Bugs can be linked to both Task level as well as Test Case level.
