Can we access the AI feature response via REST API?

I am interested in accessing AI-generated summaries of comments in Jira via REST API. Specifically, I would like to know:

If there is any API exposed for this purpose
How to use the API to get a summary of comments
Any limitations or prerequisites for using this API

Unfortunately from what I know currently AI information is nor available over REST API. There was couple of similar questions that you can already check
