Can use Jira and Confluence FREE for nonprofit UK charity?

UK Charity 299434 Yeovil Freewheelers (Emergency Volunteer Services) provide a motorcycle emergency delivery service for hospitals covering Wincanton, Dorchester and Yeovil. We do not receive any funding from UK or local government and rely 100% on our own fundraising and volunteer bikers. We do 1,800 delivers/year approximately and safe lives. We deliver blood, blood products, samples, breast milk and other emergency items.

We are connected to tech-exchange (tech soup) and use G Suite free of charge as a UK charity via this service. Can we also use Jira and Confluence solely for charity use?
