Can the cloud also import log files?

The installation type will have a log left on a specific path, but the cloud cannot get the log? Can I get information only through API?

You can raise issue with Atlassian Support https:\\support.atlassian.net if you face any issues. they will assist you. As in cloud we canot see the logs like we have on server as its installed on our machine.

It's not possible to access the logs in Cloud, but for some activities you could use the admin audit logs, as described here:
