Can the QA teams of two separate companies sync their jira issues together?

I'm part of a company that hired a 3rd party. We both use Jira. I would like to have a dashbaord consisting of issues of both companies.

Any suggestions?

Use one of the synchronisation add-ons to duplicate the projects you want to share, then you can build dashboards locally.
