Hi Team,
For some reason, using Jira Data Center's "External System Import" feature cannot write my date fields to the ticket. No matter what format I update the dates to in the .csv file, I get error: "Unable to parse date".
Also, when I use a script to update via the API, I get error 405.
Is there a known limitation in Data Center that cannot update a date field via API?
Please help.
