I am trying to create a new issue on my new board. It is created but it is not visible. A message appears every time I create an issue and shows me the following: For issue to be visible, it must match your project and filters, and have a status that’s assigned to the board.
I have verified the workflows, the status, the board configuration, the filters, and permissions, and nothing solved the issue.
Go to Boards -> Edit settings -> "columns" and check for unmapped status.
Hi Osama,
I am guessing that you are getting the "Issue created, but not visible to this board" message.
This happens when the board is configured not to show the new issue because of one of many things.
But there are three things to check broadly:
If you are sure you have everything right here, then please give us the filter text (feel free to say "XYZ" instead of your actual project key, and obscure other identifiable data), and we'll want to see the board column config and backlog settings too.

Actually I tried to adjust the filter, and the issues appear in the filter page, but not in the board.

Ok, so what is your board filter, your backlog settings, and what the issue data is?

Hello @Nic Brough -Adaptavist-
I have the same issue
I've created a new custom item (standard item)
My board filter is simple: Project, item type, and status
I even tried to keep only project
Nothing helped me, I can see items during filter configuring, but still can't see them in backlog
