Can't update from trial license to normal license

Hello,

 

We've just bought a license for Jira and Confluence, but we can't install the new license on both platforms.

 

For Jira:

I've entered the server ID (BZMJ-OB33-Z6LA-ADH3), but on our server, the license isn't recognised. In our Jira-software I've clicked on the link "paste license" and  tried to upload the license key, visible in the license screen, but then I got the message:

 

"The license could not be installed.

This license is not for the selected product. Please make sure that the license is for the selected product and contact Support if the issue continues."

Jira and Confluence are separate products and require separate licences.  If you've "bought a licence for Jira and Confluence", then you should have two licence keys, one for each system.

And so we have. In my license overview, there are 2 licenses. The one for Confluence is working just fine, but Jira fails.
