Can't update a workflow system
Hello,
I am currently using JIRA CLOUD and can't update a workflow system that i'm trying to change.
What I want to do :
Go from :
MY WORKFLOW SYSTEM
Work flow A - ALL NON ASSIGNED ISSUES
Work flow B - Issue type 1 + Issue type 2
I created a new workflow and I want to switch one type :
MY WORKFLOW SYSTEM
Work flow A - ALL NON ASSIGNED ISSUES
Work flow B - Issue type 1
Work flow C - Issue type 2
The problem is when I try to publish it, I get to the next screen for assign old statuses for the tickets to the new statuses and when I click nothing happens, the screen just disapear :
It then stays in DRAFT mode, and I tried several things (like creating a new issue type for the new workflow without any existing tickets in it) and it's still not working
